Default How to determine the format for each e-mail in Outlook 2000?

I want to be able to see what the format is for each e-mail address. Some
have rich text format and others don't. Several of the recipients don't like
the winmail.dat file that comes when the contact has RTF checked in e-mail.
Rather than check each entry (several hundred in several folders), I'd like
to know how I can use a field in the custom view to find those that have RTF.
