Using Windows XP Office :Pro
I have an entry in my address book for Steve Mayer To send an email to Steve, I used to enter just an S in the TO: field and it would bring up Steve and his email address. Steve forwarded an email to me from someone that used a nickname of Maier with his email address. Now, when I want to send an email to Steve, I enter an S and Outlook brings up the nickname followed by the email address. i.e. Maier ) I have searched high and low to find the Maier entry, but cannot find it in my contact list. The help text says it might be in another address list but I have not been able to find it anywhere. Where is this coming from??? Thanks |
