I tried the repair and got the same problem.
Has the art of debugging a program from a dump been lost? I have been writing code for 40+ years and have always been able to debug my program failures from dumps. Does anyone from Microsoft look at these posts? Do they have access to the source and the ability to read a dump? Or is the soluton to problems, try to reinstall and if that doesn't work, buy the new version? Vince Radice "Brian Tillman" wrote: vradice wrote: The purpose of the export is to import them into a different PIM. OK. I guess the export is necessary, then. How can I find out why OUTLOOK is crashing? Would having Dr. Watson running capture anything useful? Have you tried running HelpDetect and repair? You'll need your Outlook installation kit. -- Brian Tillman |
