Default Outlook should let me tag contacts for export to a mobile

I would like to be able to easily identify contacts that I have imported from
a mobile phone with, for example, a tag. I should be able to remove the tag
should I so wish or add the tag to other contacts already existing in the
contacts folder. Finally I would like to be able to 'export' only the tagged
contacts back to my mobile, which may infact be a new mobile.

I know that many mobiles have address book applications but they tend to be
vendor specific and don't allow easy 'bulk' movement of contacts between
phones.

many thanks

Not an Outlook request. This is in the purview of the developers of you
synchronization software.
