How do I set a distribution list so that when I send a global email, it only
shows the email address of the person I have sent it to and not the whole distribution list. i.e I want to send a blanket email to a distribtion list. thanks |

You must use mail merge if you want each person to see him or herself as the recipient. You can, however, put a DL in the Bcc field and then no one will be able to see the other recipients. They won't see themselves as the recipient, either. The To field will be empty unless you put some address there, like your own. -- Brian Tillman |
