recovering deleted items from the Activities tab in a contact

Default recovering deleted items from the Activities tab in a contact

I have deleted all the activities in a contact thinking it will clean up the
tab… To my surprise all the contacts that where their where erased from the
contact folder. Help! Anyway to recover them?

Did you look in your Deleted Items folder?

Deleting an item from the Activities list deletes ... an item, which could be a message, contact, etc. Don't delete what you want to keep.

Yes I have looked in the Deleted folder, its not there

THen it's gone, unless you have a backup of your .pst file.
