Default can not see contact folder in outlook 2003

Good Morning Brian

Thanks for your help but it did not work. What is happening is that I can
see the users contacts but they are not in there personal folder. I moved the
users PST file and open Outlook 2003 with a fresh start . If I open a new
Outlook the contacts folder is not showing. Do you have any suggestions?

Click ToolsE-mail OptionsView or change an existing directory or address
bookNext. Select Outlook Address Book and click Change. Remove the bad
folder references there.

Where are they, then? Where do you see them?

I moved the users PST file and open Outlook 2003 with a fresh start .

State your EXACT steps.

If I open a new Outlook the contacts folder is not showing.

Not showing in what window? In what View?
