Address Book Deletion
How can Idelete contacts folder from public address book? I have already gone
through all the options I can find and either moved or deleted all contacts from the folder.

Address Book Deletion
Each user has control over whether that folder appears in their Outlook Address Book. There is no "public" version of the Outlook Address Book.
