You neglected to tell us to what view you are referring and how you
configured that view. How could anyone answer you? -- Russ Valentine [MVP-Outlook] "Jim Linn" Jim wrote in message ... How can I display all 509 Contacts in Outlook 2007? |

Most humble apologies. I am using Detailed Address Card view - but I get the
same number of Contacts in any of the standard views. Oddly, when I clear the offline items then send/receive the folder I can see it count up to 509 in the status bar, but then it reverts to 223 items immediately upon completion of send/receive. Any help you can provide would be most greatly appreciated. THANKS! "Russ Valentine [MVP-Outlook]" wrote: You neglected to tell us to what view you are referring and how you configured that view. This is obviously a new installation. How did you migrate these contacts
from your previous installation? Where does your Outlook data reside? Have you customized this view? -- Russ Valentine [MVP-Outlook] "Jim Linn" wrote in message ... Most humble apologies. Our data resides in an Exchange 2003 server. If I run two laptops side by
side, the Outlook 2003 client shows 509 Contacts - the Outlook 2007 client shows 223 Contacts. I made no changes to the views - on either client. By the way, thanks for your help on this - it really has me baffled. Jim Linn IT Director American Gas Association "Russ Valentine [MVP-Outlook]" wrote: This is obviously a new installation. Upgrade or clean installation? Have you tried a new profile?

Since you had existing data, you could have an existing view with a filter. I'd suggest you look at the view properties.

I just checked and all views have the same number of Contacts. I re-set the
view and also cleared off-line items and did a fresh send/receive and still only have 223 of 509. Any other thoughts appreciated.
