When I click the To button beside the To field, I get an error "The address
list could not be displayed. The Contacts folder associated with this address list could not be opened; it may have been moved or deleted, or you do not have permissions. For information on ..." When I click OK, I get the Select Names dialog, which is empty. I click Show Names from the dropdown and see two items named Contacts. If I select the first one, I get my contacts and can proceed. I have three machines on a home net, with my .pst file on a net share accessible to all three. I was getting this behavior on another machine, now it's on another. My folder list shows only one Contacts item (I do have a number of subitems under it). It shows no Personal Folders section. It looks like I have one full contacts folder and one empty one, with the empty one selected as default. But I don't see evidence of two folders anywhere except in that dialog. What's wrong, and what can I do about it? thanks, Chuck |
