Show this folder as an email address book is grayed
This message has been crossposted on the following groups
microsoft.public.exchange.clients, microsoft.public.outlook, microsoft.public.outlook.contacts, microsoft.public.outlook.general We have Exchange 2003 and all clients are OL2003. Most oopf the users use contacts from Public Folder with special permssions and the Contacts folder is usually not used but for a few users. I have seen some users that by them this option is grayed and they don't have the use of their contacts. If anyone can help with this, I would be very gratefull

Add the Outlook Address Book to their mail profile.
