Default Contact in IPOD

I have synched the Outlook contacts with my IPOD (20G) and it all works fine
but for the fact that the listing is by first name and not by last name.
My listing in Outlook is by last name, first name.
Any suggestions?
Thanks
Don

That's not Outlook's doing, but that of the sync software you're using, I
would think.
