Default AutoResolve Issue

One of my users has a problem with AutoResolve. In the Options for the
Address Book, she has her contacts in "show this address list first" and in
the box "when sending mail, check names using these address lists in the
following order" she has Contacts and then Global Address List. However,
when she has a name that is the same in her contacts and the Global Address
List (but not the same person), when she presses Ctrl+K, she gets the person
from her contacts but is not offered the same name in the Global Address
List. Is there a way to remedy this situation?

No. Once Outlook has found a match, it stops searching other folders.
