Is there a way in Outlook 2002 that you can add new individual contacts from
an Excel list of names and phone numbers? I have over a list of 500 names and ph # that I will need to send faxes and would like to find a way to add this list of names and ph#'s without having to create individual contacts for each. Thank you. |

You must name the data range in Excel first
Go to Outlook...... File | Import/export | from Excel | browse to the Excel sheet. The wizard will help you get the data in the right Folder and in the right field for each Contact.
