Import contacts to Outlook
I have been trying to import some contacts form a Excel file and failed, I
have switched the file over to a CSV file and itl failed. The problem is that when I go to last screen in the importing process "select desination file," it is blank. I have tried the data file management file and the only file it give me is the Outlook delete file as a option - not the full range of files in the Outlook program My computer recently crashed and I had to reinstall all my programs. I replaced the .pst file with a back up file I had. I have been able to import in the past but cannot seem to do it now. not sure if a link is missing somewhere. What to do?
