Default How do I delete "private records" that sync to my Treo?

Ugh.
I am not aware of ANY private records in my Outlook contacts yet when I sync
my Outlook with my Treo 650 (desktop overrides the handheld files).....I get
all these "private record" lines on my phone with a lock symbol. I want them
ELIMINATED from my phone. Says I need a password to access well I didn't put
them there and do not have a password!!!! I've tried EVERYTHING...

Please help
