Default Address book appeares empty on some clients

Hi,

Outlook address book appeares empty for some user's while other have it. It
was working yesterday for them but today they have this strange problem.
What's the reason and how can I fix it?
By the way it also happens for myself. One time address book is empty
another time when I close the outlook and open it again the address book
works fine and it is repeated again and again.

Thank you

There's no information here. Outlook version, information store, steps to
repro are a minimum.

The complete description is as follows:
We have two exchange2003 servers in one organization one is the global
catalog and bridgehead server and the otherone contains mailboxes. we are
using outlook 2003 SP1 as clients. The name resolution works fine in outlook
and Global Address List is OK in Exchange but some clients cannot see the GAL
in outlook address book.

This sounds like it might be an Exchange configuration issue, not an Outlook client issue. You might want to pursue it with the Exchange admin experts who frequent the microsoft.public.exchange.clients newsgroup. Key factor to include in your description is whether Outlook is configured for Cached Exchange mode and the service pack level for your servers.
