Default Flag Follow Up Reminders

I am using Outlook Biz Contact Manager and the Flag feature has a date and
time. Is there an auto reminder that will pop up and let me know I need to
follow up?

If not I guess I could set everything up as a calendar event.

Any ideas?

R
