Hello, I setup an outlook custom form on an exchange server early last year
and it worked fine for a long time, 2 weeks ago one user told me they were no longer able to add a contact and have it use the custom form, it defaults back to the default IPM.Contacts, and not IPM.EmailForm06. it only happens on this one PC, and im not sure where to start looking for the problem.. I have thought about removing her outlook profile form the PC and resetting it back up, but I havn't had the time to do that and was wondering if there was something else i should try first, or if that didn't fix it. TIA Andrew |

Forms normally is a hidden folder. She can use the interface built into Outlook's Forms Manager dialog.
