Sync different Outlook contact folders with Windows Mobile Device

I am trying to sync my multiple and different contact file folders in Outlook
with my Windows based mobile device using Microsoft Activesync. When I sync
the mobile device with Outlook from my computer, it only syncs the primary
"Contact" folder not my other Contact Folders. Is there a work around for
problem?

There's a work around. Buy some sync software that allows it.
