I have BCM installed with SP1 and Outlook 2003 with SP2. The install
went clean, I have also tried removing the install and doing a complete reinstall. The popup for selecting primary contact from the account setup screen is coming up blank, with no field names or contents. I can type a contact name and the spaces move up and down like it's narrowing the search but nothing shows in the selection box. The same thing happens when selecting an account from the contact screen. The odd thing is, if I select one of the blank records the account name shows in the text box after the selection. Bob |
