Currently my address book displays all email addresses that are entered into
a contact card. I want my address book to only display email 1 even though email 2 and 3 have an entry. I realize i could manually delete the extra addresses while I'm in the address book but I would like to correct this at the source (contact card) since I am importing the same contact card to many workstations. Thank You |
