vCards "notes" field being deleted when saved to Contacts

I am having a problem with saving vCards when someone e-mails a vCard to me.
When I try to save them, my Outlook is deleting the "notes" field. The
"notes" appear when I open the vCard attached to the incoming e-mail but then
they have disappeared when I go to my Contacts folder and open the newly
saved vCard. How can I fix this?

Outlook does not save the Notes field under some conditions. See if this
