Default phantom persons

When I start typing my husband's name to e-mail him, another person with his
name pops up first. This person is not in my address book or my contact list.
I do not remember ever e-mailing this person. I can't find where this address
is stored. This happens to me at home and at work, with different names.

Also when I change someone's e-mail address then try to e-mail them, all of
the old addresses pop up to choose from. Sometimes I choose the wrong one.
Yet only the correct one is in the address book/contact list.
