AOL, sure, if you have an AOL account. Same for Hotmail/MSN, but not with one of the free Hotmail accounts. Also is it possible to send IM and get the status of MSN/AOL contacts in Outlook 2003 as we get in Outlook Express. If you can get the status in OE, then you should be able to get it in Outlook if you have MSN Messenger. -- Brian Tillman
