unable to open individual contacts
Hi, I'm just recently unable to open individual contacts within Outlook 2003.
Recently installed latest batch of Office and Microsoft updates, and updated Norton virsus/firewall. I've uninstalled the Google Desktop. When either searching for a name or double clicking on one from the contacts list - Outlook does an unexpected shut down and restart. Any suggestions? thanks, Fred
