Thanks but have managed to email merge using a word doc. Still having
problems with an html page. Word crashes every time I have prepared the doc and press the 'merge to email' icon. Perhaps I'm not supposed to be using Word but in Outlook merge wizard no alternative for an html doc appears to be available. No merge to electronic mail would do this in any version of Outlook. -- Russ Valentine [MVP-Outlook] "Sono" wrote in message news ![]() Trying to email a list of 2500 and used to be able to do this fine in MOffice2000 but 2003 says download 'electronic postage' and the MS website finds no results for such a search ....aarrgh!! Maybe try opening your .htm file in Word, then saving it as a .doc file and using that .doc file as the merge document.
