Creating custom fields that apply to all contacts
I am working on a creating a database in Access. I will be exporting 2,000+
contacts from outlook into this Access database, however the fields are not the same. In the end I am hoping to link Outlook with this Access file, so I would like to completely customize the fields available in Outlook. Two questions: 1) Is this possible? (in Outlook 2003) 2) If this function is available, will I have to go into each of the 2,000 contacts to customize the fields or is there a way to make the change apply to each of the existing and newly created contacts? Thank you!
