Microsoft Outlook 2003

I keep having a message on outlook contacts when I want to add a new contact.
the message is as follows: NOT IMPLEMENTED. I also get this message any time
I want to open any of the products: I get this message .

Can you help in find why I'm not successful with this product. It worked
before but I had to restore my computer and since ai am joyless.

How did you "restore" your computer? It sounds as if you have not yet
configured your Outlook profile correctly. You'll need to redo that so that
Outlook will be connected to your transports and information store.
