How do I restore file attachments in the Contacts in Outlook 2003
I have contacts in Outlook 2003 with PDFs and Word document files attached
for specific users regarding their files. These are more like hyperliks to the original files, which are stored in folders on the harddrive. I had backed up the files as a CSV file format. How can I restore contacts to Outlook 2003, and also restore these "hyperliks" to the file attachments on my computer?

How do I restore file attachments in the Contacts in Outlook 2003
You can't. Exporting is not backing up and should never be used for that
purpose. It is simply converting data to some other file format and will always incur data loss. Links are only a small part of the information that is irreparably lost when you export.
