Hi,
I have Oulook 2003 (ver. 11) connected to Exchange 2003. I have read that it is possible to set the format options (plain text, HTML) on a per Contact basis. I have attempted to do this by: 1. Opening the specific Contact, right clicking on their email address, choosing Send Options, and selecting Plain Text (MIME). 2. Opening an email from the Contact, double clicking on their email adress and changing the Internet Format setting to Plain Text. However, when I create a new email for the Contact, or if I reply to one of their emails, it comes up as HTML (default). I have changed the mail editor to and from MS Word without any success. So I sent the message thinking that it might change the format after it has sent it, but when I looked in the Sent Items it was still HTML. I called the Contact up and asked them if the message was received in HTML or Plain Text and the reply was HTML. Why is this not working? TIA, Jarryd |
