Installing a custom form in Outlook Contacts 2007
I need help installing a cutom Contact form in Outlook 2007.
Also, when doing mail-merge with Word 2007 custom fields do not show up in the available fields for selection, nor do the standard Outlook Contact "User defined 1" 2, 3, and 4 fields. Thanks for any help.

Installing a custom from what source?
You need to start the merge from Outlook, not Word.
