The best way is to move them from the contacts folder to a new contacts
folder. This way you can better control which contacts to move. You can add the modified date field to the view to help see which ones haven't been edited in years, but you may have some you use that haven't been modified, so it's not foolproof. -- Diane Poremsky [MVP - Outlook] Author, Teach Yourself Outlook 2003 in 24 Hours Need Help with Common Tasks? http://www.outlook-tips.net/beginner/ Outlook 2007: http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/ol2007/ Outlook Tips by email: Outlook Tips: http://www.outlook-tips.net/ Outlook & Exchange Solutions Center: http://www.slipstick.com Subscribe to Exchange Messaging Outlook newsletter: "Stasi" wrote in message news ![]() I am wanting to archive old contacts, but cannot figure out how to do this.
