Imported contacts (from Excel 2003) when listed in the new message window
show sorted by title (if one exists) so that anyone with a Dr. title appears in the D section of the address book. Any ideas why this is happening? |

Clarify what you mean.
Contacts don't appear in the new message window. Are you referring to the Outlook Address Book? If so see what sort order you specified for the OAB. Most likely that field ended up with the title first when you imported. The File As... field, for example, will not abide by your settings when you import Contacts. -- Russ Valentine [MVP-Outlook] "Circe" wrote in message ...
