How else can I send mass email distributions at once without using a
distribution list? -- Thanks, HD "Russ Valentine [MVP-Outlook]" wrote: Those limits are set my the mail server, not Outlook. DL's are a very poor choice for sending to that many recipients. Mail merge creates one message for each entry. Hardly "mass email
distributions at once..." It does take only one, action on the part of the sender, but if there are hundreds or thousands it will take a long time. "Russ Valentine [MVP-Outlook]" wrote in message ...
