You need ONE named range covering ALL the columns you want to import.
-- Sue Mosher, Outlook MVP Author of Configuring Microsoft Outlook 2003 http://www.turtleflock.com/olconfig/index.htm and Microsoft Outlook Programming - Jumpstart for Administrators, Power Users, and Developers http://www.outlookcode.com/jumpstart.aspx "Babs" wrote in message ... I'm having difficulty importing names and email addresses into Outlook 2003 from an excel file. I followed the steps described on the help site and I'm able to import JUST names or JUST emails...but not both in the same contact file. I've created columns with range names for each. Still the information is separated when I import. Anyone have a solution? Hope so. I have almost three hundred addresses to import...thank you. |
