Default Email stuck in Outbox.

In my office of 20 people, all using Outlook and Exchance Server 2003, there
are two or three to whom my emails will not send immediately. I'll email
something in the morning, only to find it sitting in my outbox later in the
day. But this only happens with 2-3 people on our network. Would appreciate
advice on a fix.
