Used Microsoft Online to create backup copy of Contacts. Backed up to an
external hard drive. File can be located on drive but message asks what program created it and what program do I want to use to open it. I cannot get of the options to open the file, what do I do?? Office Outlook 2003. Bob |

Brian,
Used your formula but it still will not allow me access to my contacts, tells me that I do not have access to the hard drive. I am an old fella and not very computer literate. How about trying again with me. Thank You very much. Bob "Brian Tillman" wrote: bob wrote: Used Microsoft Online to create backup copy of Contacts. Backed up to an external hard drive. Also include in what format you saved the data and where the backup file currently resides. -- Brian Tillman |
