Aren't showing where and in what version of Outlook? Autocompletion has
nothing to do with your Contacts. It uses a separate cache. -- Russ Valentine [MVP-Outlook] "kdl55andout" wrote in message news ![]() Contacts not showing. However, when I begin to type name in new email, names appear. How do I get contacts to show? |

A little more info.
Motherboard crashed. Had to replace Gateway motherboard and OS to match motherboard. Was using Outlook Express. With new OS etc., began to use Outlook 2003 at home to match use at work. Again, names do not show in "Contacts" folder. Now using Outlook 2003. What is the file extension for the address book in Outlook Express? Maybe I can restore and import to Outlook 2003. Rather a lot you left out.
How are you adding these Contacts and are you sure are haven't filtered your view or marked them as private? Outlook's Import Wizard can import from OE. -- Russ Valentine [MVP-Outlook] "kdl55andout" wrote in message ... A little more info. Motherboard crashed.
