Remember how we had categories in previous version, but now they seemed to
be color ones
Can we make them different

It is the latest version of OUtlook for Vista
I already have my answer, as you can change the existing categories

Default Outlook Categories

I think you must mean Outlook 2007. There is no "Outlook for Vista." Both
Outlook 2003 and Outlook 2007 will work on Vista.
