Default Fax Number Showing Up in my "Select Names" List

When I click the "To" button when using Outlook 2003 a dialogue box containing my contact list(s) opens, but the list also includes the contacts fax number as well, which I find VERY annoying.
Is there any way to work with or modify what is shown in this list?

Thanks
