How do I change the data source as it only lists Outlook? I looked for it in

Mail merges have always been able to use other data sources such as Access
databases or Excel spreadsheets. You just specify them at the appropriate step in the merge setup. -- Russ Valentine [MVP-Outlook] "rlastar" wrote in message ... Nevermind. I just realized you aren't using a fax merge, just the address
book. You're a victim of Outlook's inability to do an import correctly. There is an outside chance that repairing your PST file and resetting your address book service (remove it and re-add it from the profile) might set things straight. -- Russ Valentine [MVP-Outlook] "rlastar" wrote in message ...
