Default how do I quickly send an e-mail by distrib list minus one pers?

When someone is on a distribution list in my contacts for e-mail goes away
they do not want e-mails sent to them. How can I send the distribution list
without their e-mail address included, without having to delete them from the
original list until they come back?

Depends on your Outlook version which you failed to post.

Put the list in the To... field, then click the + icon and it will open the
list in the To... field. Remove the person who's away. This works on recent
versions - you forgot to tell us that basic bit of information in your post.

I hope this helps you at least a little bit!
