When someone is on a distribution list in my contacts for e-mail goes away
they do not want e-mails sent to them. How can I send the distribution list without their e-mail address included, without having to delete them from the original list until they come back? |

Depends on your Outlook version which you failed to post.

Put the list in the To... field, then click the + icon and it will open the
list in the To... field. Remove the person who's away. This works on recent versions - you forgot to tell us that basic bit of information in your post. I hope this helps you at least a little bit!
