Default Distribution List in Personal Address Book needs moved or printed

We have someone in our building that has created a distribution list that is
very long in her personal address book. Now she either needs to move it into
Contact List or needs to be printed so she can retype the email addresses.
However, in the personal address book it doesn't have an option to print that
we can find. The best way to make sure no one is overlooked would be to move
it.

Is there a way to do either of these?

Thanks!

You might be able to import it from the PAB. First, remove the PAB from the
mail profile. Then in Outlook, click FileImport and ExportImport from
another program or filePersonal Address Book.
