How to have contacts with last name?
In the new Vista I am unable to get my contacts by their last name first and
then given name such as Smith, Jane. I have changed this in the tools option but it doesn't seem to work. Have I missed another step? Thank you. June.

Your operating system has nothing to do with this, so your "new Vista" is
