My activities tab in contacts is currently pulling data from the Sent Items
folder in my Personal Folders account. I use a different account for my inbox since I am using IMAP. If I change to using the Sent Items folder in my IMAP account, can I then have the Activities read from this new folder, or will it only read from the Personal Folders Sent Items folder? |

No, an Activities group cannot read across data stores.

Then how do I get my IMAP account to be in the same data store as my Sent
Items folder so that this will work? That's the nature of IMAP accounts. Their data is in a separate information store. You could consider using a rule to copy items from the IMAP inbox to your default Inbox.
