Please explain how Distribution Lists "won't work," I have used them in Outlook 00, 03 and 07 for my distribution of up to 1,600 individual subscribers. You can use Categories. Help search on categories An individual contact may be in several categories. "RichN" wrote in message ... Outlook 2000, is there a way to organize my contacts by company or other criteria?
