Outlook 2000, is there a way to organize my contacts by company or other
criteria? Distribution lists won't work, I want to be able to email one contact at a time. I have a lot of contacts in my contact list, how to organize them, so I don't have to search through the whole list each time I want to email someone? |

Please explain how Distribution Lists "won't work," I have used them in Outlook 00, 03 and 07 for my distribution of up to 1,600 individual subscribers. You can use Categories. Help search on categories An individual contact may be in several categories. "RichN" wrote in message ... Outlook 2000, is there a way to organize my contacts by company or other criteria? Please bear in mind this is for Outlook 2000. Our company doesn't have 2003
or 2007, so whatever they do doesn't really help................... "Please explain how Distribution Lists "won't work"?" I don't understand how it works - that's why I wrote the post! All my contacts are in one list. There are about 40 - I have to scroll through all 40 each time I want to find someone. In addition to what Chuck said, you can Group By company if you wish. -- Brian Tillman |
