Default Autoresolution

I have a user who is using outlook 2000 and is having problems with
auto-resolution. He has two contact lists that are supposed to be
checked when trying to look up an e-mail address but it is only
checking the GAL. I have tried this on my machine with outlook 2003
and recieved the same resluts. All help is appreciated.

Did you check to see if these Contact Folders have been enabled as email
address books and appear correctly in the Outlook Address Book?
