Address book is not working with e-mail or Word
I have suddenly received an error message "you must have extended MAPI
version1.0 or higher" when I try to insert an address in word or e-mail. I have just moved to Vista but have maintained Office Pro 2003. I need help to get this feature running again

You'll need to post more complete information. "Insert an address in word or
e-mail" is a very vague description and means nothing to us poor slobs that sit here in a newsgroup and do not have the benefit of watching over your shoulder to know what you mean. You'll also need to describe how you "moved" to Vista. I hope you just didn't try an in place upgrade of your OS and expect all your applications to keep work as they did before. Come on.
